By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following:

• Orders: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
• Shipping & Delivery:
  • Inside Dhaka: Delivery within 2 days, max 3 days.
  • Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 3-5 days.
  • Check your order in front of the delivery person. If there’s an issue, inform them immediately and contact us right away.
• Returns & Exchanges: No returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, report it immediately.
• Product Info: Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences. Check size details before ordering.
• Privacy: Your data is secure and used only for order processing.
• Changes: We may update these terms anytime.
